Singaraja's typical blayag

Blayag-Balinese specialties located in the northern part of Bali should not be missed when you visit Bali. Not only betutu chicken, lawar and satay wrap, but this culinary also has its own taste. The yellow spices are tempting and the taste is also very tasty.

Blayag is one of Singaraja's unique cuisines whose existence is starting to be marginalized even though when it comes to taste, hmm ... is not inferior to other specialties. At first, this Blayag was only made during the celebration of the tumpek enclosure (the modern term is pet's birthday which is celebrated by the Balinese people) hehehe ... unique right? just animals have their birthdays ...

This special food can also be obtained easily and does not have to wait for the cage to be over, because there are already many Balinese who sell this blayag. Well ... maybe because more is a type of modern food and food is the result of innovation as a new recipe, making Blayag less popular.
